This series of broadband RF amplifiers uses advanced gallium
nitride (GaN) technology and provides ultra-wide bandwidth, 5-500 W RF
output, exceptional power performance, high efficiency, and long-term
reliability.
This combination of wideband power, gain, and efficiency
allows designers to improve system performance while reducing size and
cost. Microwave Town can tailor existing amplifiers from this series to
meet your needs or design and manufacture custom amplifiers to your
specifications.
